Chris was telling us, "You can do it! Reach the top!" We thought, okay, mountain climbing metaphor – we get it. Turns out, not a metaphor. At least not in Chris’s case. He’s climbed Mt. Rainier and several of the “fourteeners,” the peaks in Colorado over 14,000 feet. So as our VP of Client Services, he knows about reaching the top. Excelling. Inspiring people. And most of all meeting our clients’ performance goals. Even if that means trudging through knee-deep snow on a 14,000-foot peak lugging a 50-pound backpack. Even then. |
