It's not a clichéd foodie metaphor. Kristen does have a lot on her plate.
Like strategy, creative briefs, budgets, schedules, meetings, memos. A lot of spoons in the sauce as Account Director. A lot of pots on the stove. Kristen handles it all. Apron on. Wire whisk poised. That's her at work. But at home? On the plate there? Oh, just a simple pan-roasted, cardamom-dusted duck with a creamy leek orzo and juniper berry jus. She, you know, likes to cook.
