Freestore Foodbank: Rubber Duck Regatta
At the DMAW MAXI Awards in 2025, TrueSense earned the Omni Wow Award for Freestore Foodbank’s multichannel Rubber Duck Regatta campaign. The annual regatta’s 30th-anniversary celebration presented a great opportunity to boost excitement and participation, but declining engagement and conversion metrics year over year meant that a fresh approach was needed. TrueSense implemented an omnichannel digital strategy, focusing on personalized messaging, diverse digital touchpoints, and data-driven optimization to drive engagement and conversions.
